In pursuance of the order dated 7th November 2023, the Chief Executive Officer has taken a fair stand and he has immediately decided the representations which were pending and appropriate postings have now been granted to the petitioners in both these petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the order dated 8th November 2023

We also hope, that in future all such matters/representations which require urgent attention, will be disposed of with similar zeal and without intervention of the Court. 4.
