Learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company states that as per the impugned judgment amount of compensation of Rs.6,10,500/- has been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Solapur. He further states that if the Appellant is liable to pay any further amount, the same shall be deposited within a period of four weeks. Statement is accepted.

In the light of the said statement, execution of the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal. 3.

Interim application stands disposed of.
