Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks time to take instructions. However, considering that petition is of the year 2023, we are not inclined to grant further time.

Petitioners are the members of Maharashtra State Legislative Assembly from Kolhapur city. Petitioners seek a direction to the Respondent-Authorities to undertake and complete the infrastructure work as recommended by them vide their proposals dated 23rd November 2022, 24th November 2022, 2nd December 2022, 21st December 2022, 13th December 2022, 15th December 2022 16th December 2022 etc., Further, it is prayed that orders dated 30th March Patil-SR 1 of

35 Wp-7458-2023.doc 2023 and 31st March 2023 be quashed and set aside. 4.

As proposals have already been submitted by the Petitioners in accordance with the policy, to the Commissioner, Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, we request the Commissioner to look into those proposals and take appropriate action on the said proposals in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Petition stands disposed of.
