By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against the Respondent to decide their Application bearing no. 61 of 2013 (Exhibit­B page 16 to the petition) under section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within stipulated time. The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent after taking instructions from her officer Mr.Mahaveer Anil Kalaskar, Clerk, Dy. Collector, Land Acquisition No.12, Kolhapur who is present in court makes a statement that they will decide Petitioner's Application under section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within three months from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. for Respondent, Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Respondents/authority to decide Petitioner's Application under section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within three months from today.
