By order dated 11 November 2019 the Civil Judge Junior Division, Karad was requested to hear the parties and dispose of the Regular Civil Suit No.124 of 1996 within a period of eight months. It appears that the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division has requested for extension of six months time for deciding the Regular Civil Suit vide letter dated 21 February 2023. For the reasons stated in the report, further extension of six months time as sought for is granted.
