In this view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in the present petition. The present application stands disposed of.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Oicer assures that the 'A' summary will be iled immediately before the ZIP

Consequently, the interim relief stands vacated. 6.

The Trial Court shall proceed to pass appropriate orders on the basis of such 'A' summary that is proposed to be iled. 7.

Liberty to apply in case any adverse order is passed on the 'A' summary report.
