A motion is made for speaking to minutes. It is submitted that in the order dated August 1, 2022, this Court directed the Respondent - Bank to hand over possession and that the Respondent No.7 shall deposit the first installment by 31st August 2022. 2.

Today, learned Advocate for Respondent No.7 is present and on instructions, he undertakes to deposit the first installment on 31st August 2022.

In light of that, in the order dated August 1, 2022 in paragraph 1, the following line be added:
