DATE: 24th June, 2019 P.C.:­ 1] Respondent No.4 has moved a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated June 13, 2019. It is submitted that on page No.1 of the said order, in the column of appearance, Advocate Mr. Suresh Kumar is inadvertently shown to have appeared for Respondent No.4, when, in fact, he had appeared for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and though Mr. Manoj Patil, Advocate, had appeared for Respondent No.4, his appearance has remained to be shown. It is therefore submitted that, in the column of appearance of the said 1/2

(7)WP-6555-19.doc order, Advocate Mr. Suresh Kumar may be shown to have appeared for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and the appearance of Mr. Manoj Patil may be shown as an Advocate who had appeared for Respondent No.4.

2] The motion is allowed. The said order is accordingly corrected to the above extent and on page no.1 of the said order, in the column of appearance, in place of the words "respondent No.4", the words "respondent Nos. 2 & 3" are substituted so as to read the appearance as "Mr. Suresh Kumar for respondent Nos.2 and 3" and the appearance of Advocate for Respondent No.4 is added as "Mr. Manoj Patil for Respondent No.4."

3] The above corrections are directed to be carried out in the order dated June 13, 2019.
