With the assistance of the learned AGP, we have gone through the memo of the petition. We have also perused the orders passed by the Labour Court as well as the Industrial Court. In our opinion, the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the orders passed by the competent forums provided under the provisions of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices At, 1971, since the petitioner has already taken recourse to the provisions of the said Act. The petition in such circumstances, is misconceived.
