Therefore, the proceedings stands abated against the sole Respondent vide conditional order dated 18/10/2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - II). Hence, Civil Application No.1205/2013, which has been filed for condonation of delay for filing application to bring the legal heirs of deceased Appellant on record and to set aside the abatement etc. does not survive and accordingly, it is disposed of.
