First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 20th April, 2002 passed in L.A.R. No. 12 of 1995.

Reference Court has enhanced the compensation to Rs. 1,05,000/- from the compensation of Rs. 15,750/- awarded by SLAO. 3.

Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
