The above Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking following relief:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Directions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India thereby directing the Ld. District Collector Sangli to decide Application dated 10.11.2020 for extraction removal of alluvial sand mixed soil in respect of Gat No. 72/1 situated at village Jalyal Taluka Jat, District Sangli within time bound period as per Government Resolution dated 29.06.2016." 2.

The District Collector shall after hearing the Petitioner, decide the Application dated 10.11.2020 within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
