The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the respondents to consider the proposal for grant of approval to the appointments of petitioner Nos.1 and 2.

Mr.Patel, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that if the proposals are submitted by the management on 16.6.2012, 28.6.2012 and 16.7.2012, the Education Officer would consider the same within a reasonable time.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Respondent - the Education Officer to decide the proposals dated 16.6.2012, 28.6.2012 and 1 / 2
