Counsel for Respondent-complainant appointed through Legal Aid has informed that differences between the parties are settled. Apart from above, copy of the judgment in Regular Criminal Case No.974 of 2022 delivered by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.5, Satara on 29/09/2023 has been tendered, whereby Applicants/Accused are acquitted of the aforesaid offence. Photocopy of the said judgment is taken on record.
