By this Petition under section 114 r/w Order­XLVII, Rule­1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C'), the petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 3rd May, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.4629 of 2014.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Zade, upon telephonic instructions from the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
