Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 13.02.2018 passed by the 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad below Exhibit- 5 and 22 in Regular Civil Suit No. 308/2017 and order dated 18.05.2018 passed by the appellate court in Misc. Civil Appeal No.12/2018 rejecting the Petitioner's Application for injunction against the Respondent Defendant. After arguing for some time, the learned senior counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's son who is present in court given instructions that he does not want to press the Writ Petition. He submits that the Petitioner requests that the hearing of Regular Civil Suit No. 308/2017 be expedited. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
