The learned counsel for the Applicant has pointed out that while admitting the Petition on 18-12-2017, this Court has expedited hearing of the Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Respondent-wife left the matrimonial house since 06-11-2010 and never came back despite his repeated requests. He pointed out

Shubham 5-caw-163-2018.doc that the Respondent-wife did not appear even before the Family Court in spite of notice being served upon her. The learned counsel submits that the Respondent-wife is not interested in living with the Appellant-husband.

We direct the office to list the Petition for final hearing on 25-09-2018 at the end of the Admission Board. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
