Heard learned counsel for parties.

Limited grievance of the Petitioner made before us is that after the Petitioner was declared surplus and absorbed in a school and Junior College in Taluka Walva, District Sangali, he made a representation that he should be placed in Taluka Jat, which is not being considered. Learned counsel states that there are now enough posts available in Jat taluka where Petitioner can be absorbed. The Petitioner has in his representation stated that he is undergoing various hardships but not what is argued before us. Y.S.Patil

It is open to the Petitioner to make an application to the Education Officer and the Education Officer to decide the same as per the governing rules, regulations and resolutions. If the Petitioner makes an application within a period of three weeks, then Respondent No. 3-Education Officer will decide the same as per the law within a period of four weeks, subject to earlier time bound directions and other pressing public duties. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
