P.C.:­ By the present Petition, the Petitioner has impugned interlocutory Order dated 17th May, 2016 passed by the Respondent No.1, rejecting the Application for grant of stay in Appeal No. 3 of 2016 preferred by the Petitioner. I find no reason to interfere with the said Order.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, hearing of Appeal No.3 of 2016 is not yet concluded and is still pending on the file of Respondent No.1 for hearing. In view thereof, the Respondent No.1 is hereby directed to conclude the hearing of the Appeal No. 3 of 2016 pending on its file within a period 1/2

ssm 2 920-wp8296.16.doc of six weeks from the date of receipt of the present Order. Writ Petition is disposed off, in the aforesaid terms. It is made clear that, this Court has not adjudicated the merits involved in the Appeal.
