P.C. :- Heard learned APP. Perused memo of Appeal and impugned Judgment. Alleged demand of Rs.40,000/- is found to be not established by trial court. The trial court has accepted version of defence that deceased Priyanka wanted a groom from city and therefore, was not happy with her marriage in a village. The Court has relied upon evidence to accept that she set on fire herself and committed suicide. In this situation we find that trial court has taken a probable view of the evidence available on record. No case is made out. Application is rejected.
