In paragraph 3 of the said order, the following portion be deleted :- "It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioners had deposited 65% of the compensation as awarded for allotment of alternate land as per the provisions of Section 16(2)(b) of the Maharashtra Project Affected persons Rehabilitation Act."

ppn 2 501.wp-7946.23.doc and the following sentence be substituted :- "It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioners was not issued any notice under Section 16(2)(b) of the Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act and hence the 65% of the compensation was not deposited by the petitioners." 3.
