This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No.127 of 2023 registered with Solapur Taluka Police Station for offences under Section 143, 147, 148, 323, 354B, 504, 506 r/w. 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties . PRASANNA PRADEEP SALGAONKAR 3.

The aforesaid crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by Mr. Jaibun Mahiboob Shaikh. The records prima facie reveal that there PRASANNA PRADEEP SALGAONKAR Date: 2023.07.12 13:56:34 +0530 SALGAONKAR

41 aba 1706-23.doc is previous dispute between the parties in view of the suicide committed by karina, who was married to the nephew of the complainant. The offence under Section 354(b) is punishable with maximum imprisonment of three years.

Considering the nature of the accusation, this Court, by order dated 26th June, 2023 had granted interim bail to the Applicants. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and that they have been interrogated. Custodial Interrogation of the Applicants is not required. 5.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, interim bail granted to the Applicants by order dated 26th June, 2023 is confirmed. Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required. .

Application stands disposed of.
