Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur, submitted that, the Petitioner has been transferred to Paithan Open Prison on 11th May 2019. She further on instructions submitted that, if the Petitioner now files a fresh application for furlough leave, the same will be considered and decided in consonence with the Circular dated 17th August 2022 issued by the Competent Authority in that behalf.

In view of above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
