This is an application for fixing Criminal Revision Application No. 223 of 2019 for hearing. The applicant/complainant is aged about 73 years. The cheque was dishonoured in October, 2012. The Revision applicant was convicted by the trial Court vide judgment and order dated 24th July, 2014 and conviction was confirmed by the Sessions Court on 21st February, 2019.

Considering age of the applicant/complainant, the matter be listed at the bottom of admission board for hearing on 18th November, 2022.

Interim Application No. 2391 of 2022 stands disposed off accordingly.
