Learned AGP tenders a copy of the order dated 19th May 2021 and submits that the order dated 7th January 2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5778 of 2014 is complied with. 2.

Mr.Pakale, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said order passed by the authority granting the order is not an order in eyes of law.

This Court cannot decide this issue in the Contempt Petition. We do not propose to take any action against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to impugn the said order passed by the authority in compliance with the order dated 7th January 2019 which is the subject matter of this petition.

If any such proceedings is filed to impugn the said order passed by the authority, the same shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law. No order as to costs. R.N. LADDHA, J.
