Dr. Warunjikar submits that the Petitioner has been reinstated and has joined service this morning.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a grievance that there is deliberate disobedience of orders passed by this Court. However, considering the subsequent events and now as the Petitioner is permitted to join the service in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, we do not propose to keep the Contempt Petition pending as Shubham Talle 1 of

42-CP-451-2025.doc there has been substantial compliance.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that there was no intention to disregard the orders passed by this Court but it was only due to some mis-communication that the order was not immediately complied with.

We are satisied that there is no deliberate breach of the order passed by this Court and that now as the order passed by this Court is substantially complied with, we do not see any good reason to proceed with Contempt Petition.

5.

Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
