By this petition, sent through jail, the petitioner seeks his transfer from Kolhapur Jail to Satara Jail, where six cases are pending against him including MCOC Act.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that a decision has been taken to transfer the petitioner from Kolhapur Jail to Satara Jail Wakodikar 1/2

907. WP 2271-2022.doc and that, the same will be done within one week from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.
