The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on Respondent Nos.1(c) and 4 who is one and the same person by having recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code. The reason as to why recourse of the said provision is required to be taken is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application. Having regard to the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant is accordingly permitted to effect substituted service on Respondent Nos.1(c) and 4 by publishing notice in two daily newspapers having circulation in BGP.
