The above Civil Application is taken out by the Applicants for being joined as party Respondents to the above Writ Petition. It is submitted by the Advocate for the Applicants that the Applicants presence in the matter is essential since the order passed in the above Writ Petition may effect the rights of the Applicants. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have no objection if the Applicants are joined as party Respondent Nos.3 to 18, to the above Writ Petition. In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed. Necessary amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
