By an order dated 16th July 2018, the respondents were directed to deposit an amount of Rs,2,97,000/­ towards back­wages. The said condition has been complied with. The learned counsel representing the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the order of

Dusane 2/2 cp 304.2017.doc reinstatement has been complied with and the respondents were further directed to pay the salary and dues respectively, which was to be paid within six weeks from 6th July 2018. Learned counsel submits that there was difficulty in arranging for the funds. However, today, the demand draft of Rs.45,000/­ is ready. The delay in depositing the amount be condoned.

Office to accept the demand draft of Rs.45,000/­ on/or before 12th September 2018.
