Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The record discloses that by a detailed order dated 18.12.2020, the Applicant was granted interim protection. Mr. Kadam, the learned senior counsel for the Applicant states that thereafter the Applicant was arrested by the Investigating Officer and has been released on bail. If that be so, the interim order dated 18.12.2020 has worked itself out. The Investigating Officer had not sought any custody/PCR.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of order dated 18.12.2020 subject to the condition that the Applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigating agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
