The learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to move the 4th Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karad in Suit No.167 of 2011 seeking amendments to the Suit including impugning the building permission granted by the Karad Nagar Parishad to the Respondent No.3 and thereafter move for further ad-interim / interim reliefs.
