Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant­Insurance Company. He submits that the appellant­Insurance Company is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of four weeks. He requested to grant the stay. In view of submission, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T. Satara in M.A.C.P. No.135 of 2014 subject to condition that the appellant­ Waghmare 1/2

502.CAF.2865.18 in FA.901.18.doc Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court with liberty to the respondents­claimants to execute the award for recovery of compensation within purview of law. Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
