Perusal of investigation papers depicts that the victim has suffered simple injuries.

Applicants are on ad-interim protection since last about two years. There is counter FIR filed by the applicants against the group of complainant which has resulted in the registration of independent offence.

Considering the nature of allegations and existence of civil dispute inter-se between the parties, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

4.

In the event of arrest, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or BGP.
