Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition, the Education Officer has already decided the proposal submitted by the Management and has rejected the said proposal. He seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order passed by the Education Officer. Learned AGP has no objection, if petition is allowed with liberty as prayed.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. There shall be no order as to costs.
