First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 4th March, 1998 passed in L.A.R. No. 43 of 1993.

Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
