1] The Petitioner/prisoner is making grievance about work to be done in prison. This Petition is moved on 6th April, 2016 when he was lodged in Kolhapur Central Prison. Now he has been shifted to Arthur Road Jail.

2] We have disposed of Criminal Application No.340 of 2017 today, filed by the Petitioner/prisoner. We have also heard learned counsel (appointed).

With this liberty we dispose of the Petition. Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
