There are counter FIRs at the behest of the wife of the applicant in crime no. 106 of 2022 registered with Radhanagari police station for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354D, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC and section 12 of POCSO. 2.

Considering the judgment of the Apex Court in the matter of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar (2014) 8 SCC 273 and the fact that the complainant and applicant are related to each other, it must be appropriate to confirm the ad-interim protection ordered by this Court on 06/07/2022.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 106 of 2022 registered with Radhanagari police station for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354D, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC and akn 1/2

2/2 25.ABA.1818.2022.doc section 12 of POCSO applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 10/10/2022 to 14/10/2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

6.

The applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station till the charge is framed but for attendence.

7.

The application stands disposed of.
