By this application, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C.R.No.131 of 2016 with the Karad Police Station, Satara, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP, after going through the website with regard to the case status of the applicant's case, submits that the trial has concluded and the applicant has been convicted for the offences with which he was charged.
