Present petition takes exception to order dated 16 January th 2024 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj in Regular Civil Suit No.42 of 2022, whereby application has been rejected. It is informed that impugned order is subject matter of challenge in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal before District Judge and said appeal is now posted for hearing.

In that view of matter, present petition is not entertained and ADN

Since petitioner was protected by this Court by interim order dated 6 June 2020, petitioner shall be at liberty to make th appropriate application before learned District Judge for grant of interim relief, in case appeal is not finally heard. 4.
