The prayer in the petition is to direct respondent no.1 to hear and dispose the revision application filed by petitioner on 29th May 2023, expeditiously. Mr. Pawar for petitioner states that after this petition was filed and the revision application was filed, the Mandal Adhikari - respondent no.5 has deleted the name of petitioner from the revenue records.

Mr. Patel on instruction states the revision application will be disposed within 6 weeks from today.
