By order dated 11 February 2020 the Member, Industrial Court, Kolhapur was requested to hear the parties and dispose of the Complaints expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months. It appears that the Member, Industrial Court, Kolhapur has requested for extension of six months time for deciding the Complaints vide letter dated 7 December 2021 and 22 April 2022. Period of extension sought for is already over. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that most of the Complaints are already decided and some of them still continue to remain pending. For the reasons stated in the report, further extension of six months time as sought for is granted to decide the Complaints.
