Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Respondents submits on instructions that the present Petition could be disposed of by directing interim order which was granted in favour of the Petitioner in the complaint of unfair labour practices fled, and is still operating to continue till the disposal of the main Complaint (ULP) itself. He requests that the Complaint (ULP) be decided expeditiously. Accordingly, the interim protection in favour of the Petitioner operating before the Industrial Court, Kolhapur is continued till the disposal of the Complaint (ULP) before the Labour Court.

Considering the nature of the controversy, the Labour Court is requested to decide the complaint (ULP) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from 22.09.2021. The parties to appear before the Labour Court on 22.09.2021 along with the copy of this order. 5.

The interim protection already in operation to continue till the disposal of the Complaint (ULP).

The Labour Court to decide the Complaint (ULP) on its own merits without being infuenced by any observations made by this Court or by the Revisional Court.

All contentions are kept open.

8.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
