Learned advocate for the petitioner (wife) states that this contempt petition is filed by the wife, seeking therein initiation of the contempt proceedings as there was violation of directions given in order dated 13th September, 2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Revision Application No. 281 of 2021. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioners further states that he has instructions to submit to this Court that the dispute between the parties has been settled and they don't want to pursue the contempt petition. 4.

Contempt petition is accordingly dropped, in the interest of justice.
