By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R registered vide C.R. No.544 of 2018 with the Tembhurni Police Station, Solapur Rural, Solapur, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 120-B r/w 34 of the I.P.C. 2.

Since, the C.R was of 2018, learned A.P.P was directed to take instructions as to whether charge-sheet or any appropriate report had been filed in the said case.

Today, the learned A.P.P has tendered the report of Mr. Dhananjay Pore, A.P.I attached to Local Crime Branch, Solapur (Rural) dated 1st February, 2023. The said report is taken on record. In the said report, it is stated that the Police have filed an "A Summary" report in the trial Court.
