The petitioners-original plaintiffs are challenging orders passed by the Courts below. Since 19 December 2017, there is no interim relief running in favour of the petitioners. Hence, no interference in the impugned order is called for. However, all contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

Considering the nature of controversy, the Trial Court is directed to decide the suit within six months from today. 3.
