This petition has been notified as per the list of matters as received from the office of the learned Government Pleader to have become infructuous. As per the office notice dated 2 March 2021, the Advocates for the petitioners/petitioners were called upon to give a praecipe in advance in case the petition has not become infructuous. Such praecipe has not been received in regard to this petition.

Learned Counsel for the respondent states that in fact another petition was filed subsequent to the impugned order and the said petition was also disposed of.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous, however with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case for some reason according to the petitioner, any course of action survives.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
