This petition which was filed in the year 2021 seeks a direction to the respondents No.1 to 4 not to grant permission for shifting respondent No. 6 - Pragati Scheduled Caste Secondary Residential Ashram School, Chikhaldhara, Taluka Kamathi, District Nagpur to Village Radde, Taluka Mangalwedha, District Solapur.

In prayer clause (c), it is prayed that directions be issued to quash and set aside the Government Resolution dated 8th March, 2019 issued by respondent No.1 thereby granting permission for grant-in-aid to the extent of respondent No.6 - School.

From the petition, it appears that on the date of filing of the petition, there was no permission in existence for shifting respondent No.6 - School. With the passage of time, if the petitioners find that such permission has been granted, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge such permission. 5.
