DATE: MAY 02, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Mr Chandrakant Kondiba Korpade - Petitioner is present in Court. He has instructed Mr. Nandu Pawar, Counsel on record not to appear for him and sought adjournment. The matter was called out in the first session on this issue so as to enable the Petitioner to make statement as to whether he has engaged any other lawyer. Petitioner was not in a position to make statement to that effect. Petitioner was also informed to come to Court with his lawyer at 2.30 P.M. However, he has failed to come with his lawyer. Petition is pending since 2019 for admission. The conduct of the Petitioner is nothing less than intentionally delay the proceedings. 2] In that view of the matter, Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
