Apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.433 of 2023 registered with Vishrambag Police Station, Sangli for offences punishable under sections 454, 380, 379, 341, 427, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), the applicant is seeking relief under section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.).

According to the complainant, the applicant committed house tress-pass and stolen property of the informant on 15 june 2023.

On perusal of the report, it appears that the dispute between the parties is in relation possession of immovable property. The

The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of confirming order dated 23 June 2023.
